Our Team

Jennifer Rogak is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of clinical experience. After her daughter was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, she created Pieces of Energy, an innovative, socially conscious company, to help raise funds and awareness for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation.   During these programs, she consistently observed the power of connection people experienced while sharing their collective stories.  Integrating her years of clinical experience, personal story and desire to help others, Jennifer and her business partner Diane have cultivated a new style of hybrid workshops where participants can learn, engage, and feel inspired through this dynamic creative experience.
Diane Sweeney is the founder of Bob Sweeney's Camp HOPE, a non-profit bereavement camp on Long Island. Engaging youth to have a positive impact in our world is an area that she is passionate about. Working together with business partner Jenn, they have created unique and educational workshops that allow participants to feel empowered and inspired. Diane is grateful and blessed to have the opportunity to share this jewelry making vehicle with others.

Meet Elaine who is one of Pieces of Energy right hand woman!  Elaine received her Master’s in Education from Brooklyn College.  For the past 23 years she has been commuting eleven years from her home in Suffolk County, NY to Brooklyn where she is a teacher at  Shell Bank Junior High School 14. Elaine has a very creative and generous spirit and has volunteered her time building the after school theater program and directing many of the school plays.   Despite her busy family and work life Elaine is always ready to help out with Pieces of Energy.  She is often behind the scene creating so many of our retail pendants in the most loving and precise way.  She is quick to lend a hand and volunteer her time at many of our Pieces of Energy workshops.  And if that was not enough Elaine just recently set a personal goal of participating in FIFTY 5k’s marathons (supporting different charities) over the next two years  as a way of giving back as hits  her own milestone of 50 years of life!
